Climate Controlled Units

For an extra level of protection we provide climate controlled units that limit exposure to extreme temperatures and high humidity.

Computer Controlled Access

Sebastian Self Storage units have individual door alarms within each unit for enhanced privacy. The alarm to your unit only is deactivated when you enter your code through the entrance keypad. When you leave, you again enter your code which will open the exit gate and re-arm your unit. Each code is unique to that user only.

Monitoring of Activity

Activity is monitored and recorded 24 hours a day with state of the art security systems such as video surveillance. Each gate entry is recorded and stored. Only tenants can access our electronic gates.

Moving and Packing Supplies

Sebastian Self Storage offers a wide range of moving and packing supplies including different size boxes, tape, and paper. You can pack everything from books, dishes and seasonal wardrobes or cover your bedding and furnishings.

Our Office and Supply Showroom

It is no secret that the busiest moving days are the weekends. That's why we are open Monday through Saturday, 6 days a week to better serve you. Our manager will be glad to assist you with your move. Click here for a complete list of supplies.
